- In a bowl,sieve the flour,baking soda and baking powder together atleast twice..
- Cream the butter and sugar. Add vanilla, milk and mix well..
- Add the heavy cream and now start adding the flour mixture little at a time and mix the batter well..
- Now divide the batter.To one portion add the cocoa mixed in hot water and blend well..
- Now you have both chocolate batter and the vanilla..
- Swirl both batter in the cake tin to create a marble design using a fork..
- Bake at 350°F for about 30 mins.
- For the frosting,cream the butter and sugar with vanilla extract..
