- Wet ingredients prep – throw in your eggs, milk, oil in the blender and give it a whir. To that, now add your banana and give it another whir..
- Dry ingredients prep – combine your atta, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder in a bowl and give it a mix. There is no need to sieve them..
- Apples – clean them, cut them into halves and remove the core. There are 3 ways to cut them; either cut Finely diced chunks (top), Thinly sliced (middle)or Grated (bottom). I prefer them thinly sliced. I slice the apples super thin, and then I run through them again with a knife to create bite-sized but thin pieces of apple.
