- You need 11/2 cup of flour.
- You need 2 of ripe bananas.
- You need 1/2 of milk.
- You need 1/2 of melted butter/ margarine.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of cinamon.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
- You need 1 of large egg.
- You need Pinch of salt.

- In a mixing bowl…sieve in flour, baking side, baking podwer, salt, cinnamon and sugar…ensire you mix up all the dry ingredients well..
- Mash the banana till smooth..break in the egg, pour in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence, then mixed or whisk it up really nice..
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix the batter up well..it will be a bit running, but that is just ok…
- Pour in the batter into an already prepared baking loaf pan, since I couldn't find mine, I used this small round baking pan and bake in moderate heat for 50-60 mins. Or till a tooth pick comes out dry..
- Once it ready, place on a baking tray and allow to cook off…next slice your yum and delicious banana loaf and enjoy with any brevage of your choice….
