  1. In a bowl separate egg whites and beat it for a minute till fluffy,to this add sugar, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder,egg yolks,beat smoothly..
  2. Cook apple (peeled and chopped)in a non stick pan,add salt (a pinch) and sugar5 TSP.till translucent..
  3. To the egg mixture add apple and maida little by little mix well,grease a vessel to bake and pour the mixture..
