- Stir melted chocolate mint into egg yolk mixture and blend in..
- Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites in 3 additions being careful.not to deflate.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until.it's puffed and a toothpick comes out clean. Don't overbake but be sure center is cooked.. After about 10 minutes run a sharp thin knife arouse edges to release any stuck parts. Then cool completely on wire rack.before carefully removing from pan.
