  2. It’s 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of oil.
  4. You need 1 tsp of baking powder.
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  6. You need 1 pinch of salt.
  7. It’s 3/4 cup of carrot juice.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of vanilla essence.

  1. Take a bowl add sugar and oil and beat it till all the sugar desolves well. Now add salt and essence and again beat it well..
  2. After that add 1/4 cup of carrot juice mix well..
  3. In a bowl sieve the all dry ingredients that is all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix it gently by cut and fold method. Remember don't beat it..
  4. After mixing the batter preparing the mould by greasing with little oil and dust little flour..
  5. Now pour the batter it cake tin for baking in a preheated oven at 170° and bake for an approx 30-40 minutes..
  6. After 30-40 minutes your basic carrot flavoured cake is ready..
