  1. Take a vessel take gramflour in it.
  2. Mix semolina in gramflour add salt sugar turmeic powder in it and mix.
  3. Add curd in this mixture and mix well.
  4. Add water and make a batter of pouring consistency leave it for 10minuts.
  5. After 10minuts add eno in it and mix well.
  6. Heat steamer for making dhokla grease the dhokla plate with little oil.

  12. When mustard seeds crackle add green chillies curry leaves switch off the flame and pour tadka over dhokla rolls and serve.
