- It’s 1 cup of gram flour.
- It’s 1/2 cup of curd.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of semolina.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- Prepare pinch of Turmeric powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Eno.
- You need as needed of Water.
- You need 1 tsp of oil for tadka.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- You need 6-7 of curry leaves.
- Prepare 1-2 of green chilli copped.
- It’s 1-2 of tbspGreen chutney.
Dhokla swiss rolls instructions
- Take a vessel take gramflour in it.
- Mix semolina in gramflour add salt sugar turmeic powder in it and mix.
- Add curd in this mixture and mix well.
- Add water and make a batter of pouring consistency leave it for 10minuts.
- After 10minuts add eno in it and mix well.
- Heat steamer for making dhokla grease the dhokla plate with little oil.
- Pour little amount of prepared batter and spread it in a not so thin or thick layer.
- Steam it for 4-5minuts as layer is not so thick it dont take much more time Than that.
- When it is done let it cols down completly than remove dhokla from the plate.
- Spread chutney or sauce whatever you want and fold it.
- Cut in to pieces heat oil in a tadka pan add mustard seeds.
- When mustard seeds crackle add green chillies curry leaves switch off the flame and pour tadka over dhokla rolls and serve.
