  1. Combine sugar, water and butter in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir until completely combined.
  5. Bake in a greased 13×9 baking dish at 350°F for 20 minutes.
