- It’s 8 of eggs.
- It’s 200 g of flour.
- You need 200 g of caster sugar.
- It’s of Vanilla essence.
Vanilla Swiss Rolls instructions
- Beat the 8 eggs in bowl.
- Whisky the 8 eggs together with the 200 g of sugar like for 30 – 50 minutes to form sabayon then add one tea spoon of vanilla ontop of a boiling water.
- Grease your tray and place a grease proof paper on the tray the grease the paper.
- After whisking for 50 mins add flour into the mixture and fold in the flour then pour the mixture in the tray and bake it under 180 – 200 °c for 8 -14 minutes.
- After baking, remove the grease proof paper and spread jam on the bottom layer then roll it and allow it to cool…Then slice it and serve with chocolate sauce or Sabayon sauce.
