  7. Prepare 1 and 1/4 cup of flour.
  8. You need 3 tsp of baking powder.

  10. It’s 500 g of wooden spoon white margarine.
  11. Prepare 1/4 cup of milk.
  12. Prepare 2 tsp of vanilla essence.

  1. For the cake: mix oil and water in a cup and set aside..
  2. In your mixing bowl, place eggs and sugar and beat on high until white and fluffy…
  3. Add in vanilla and beat for a minute till well combined.
  4. Sift flour and baking powder and fold into egg mixture with metal spoon.
  5. Lastly fold in oil + water mixture.
  6. Pour into lined baking pans and bake on 180° for +-25 mins or till done.
  7. Leave to cool on wire rack.
  8. For the icing, beat margarine till fluffy.. Add in vanilla essence and milk….
  9. Slowly add in sifted icing sugar until you reach the desired stiffness(ps:for piping, you will need to add more icing sugar… I sometimes use a kg per 500g of margarine).
  10. When cakes are cooled, sandwich with cream frosting and decorate…
  11. PS: butter/any other margarine can be used as well(however for a nice white colour, i feel the woodenspoon white margarine is the best).. Also you can add colouring to the frosting to make your desired colour.
