- You need 1 of Cake mix, any type, from a box or homemade..
- Prepare 1 of Chocolate.
- Prepare 1 of Lollipop sticks, or straws..
- You need 1 of Sprinkles, or other decorational products.
- It’s 1 of Frosting.
Cake Pops instructions
- Bake a cake, any type..
- Leave to completely cool..
- Place the cake in a bowl and crumple it all up, kids will love this!! Mash it untill it's all crumbs..
- Choose a flavour of frosting you like and add as much as you need until it becomes something of a dough again. Use anything you like, butter cream, ganache even plain icing will do the trick!!.
- Use a spoon or ice-cream scoop to scoop out little balls of the mixture, roll them between your palms until they're as close to spheres as they can get!!.
- Place each ball onto some greaseproof paper and put them into the freezer for about 10 minutes until they're firm..
- Melt some chocolate, milk, white or dark..
- Dip the lollipop stick or straw into the chocolate and insert about half way into each of the balls..
- Dip each ball into the chocolate,.
- Set aside to completely cool until the chocolate hardens..
- Dip into the chocolate once again to make sure they're complety covered..
- Top with sprinkles or other sweet delights, a good idea is to pipe a design with buttercream onto the balls, experiment a lot with these!!.
