- Prepare 1 cup of Butter or Margarine.
- It’s 2 cup of Sugar.
- It’s 4 of eggs.
- It’s 3 cup of Cake Flour.
- It’s 3 tbsp of Baking Powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- You need 2 small of boxes Vanilla Pudding Mix.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Water.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Almond Extract.
I was really amazed at how quickly and easily the batter came together and how well it baked up in the pan. To remove cake from pan, insert knife between cake and pan, then slide around edge to loosen it. Place cooling rack upside down over cake. Turn upside down carefully so cake is on rack, and remove pan.
Teri's Yellow Cake Cake Pops instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350°.
- Cream butter and sugar in lg bowl creaming until light and fluffy.
- In small bowl, sift together cake flour,baking powder, salt, and pudding mix.
- Add eggs one at a time to creamed mixture, beat well after each addition.
- Add flour mixture alternately with water, blending will after each addition until smooth.
- Add vanilla and almond extracts..
- Do Not Over Mix.
- Pour into your cake pop baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in baking pan, then remove cake pops and finish cooking on rakes.
