Ingredients of Cake Pops !!
- It’s As required of Leftover Sponge Cake (any flavour).
- Prepare 3-4 tbsp of Chocolate Truffle Sauce.
- Prepare 2-3 of Crushed Biscuits (any flavour).
- You need As required of Melted Chocolate.
- You need As required of Decorative Chocolate Sprinkles of different colours and shapes.
- You need as needed of Chocolate vermicelli.
Cake Pops !! instructions
- Make crumbs of sponge cake with hands. Take sponge cake crumbs in a mixing bowl. Add crushed biscuits and about 3 tbsp of chocolate truffle sauce to it. Gently mix all well with hands and make soft dough from the mixture. Add more chocolate truffle sauce if required. Make lemon sized balls from the mixture and keep aside..
- Now melt chocolate by double boiler method or in microwave..
- Take one lollipop stick, dip in melted chocolate from the tip and gently insert in the prepared ball. Repeat process for all the prepared balls and keep all the balls inserted with lollipop stick in refrigerator for 30 to 40 mins to set..
- Now remove balls from refrigerator and dip balls in melted chocolate, gently tap with hand on stick to remove extra chocolate and immediately sprinkle some decorative chocolate sprinkles on all over the balls..
- Repeat same process for all the prepared balls. Sprinkle chocolate vermicelli on few balls and also you can sprinkle mixed chocolate sprinkles on balls..
- Keep all the balls in refrigerator for half an hour to set. Chocolate Pops are ready to eat. Enjoyy!!.
