- Mix the oats, ragi,baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl. In another bowl mix sugar, oil smoothly using hand blender. Then add buttermilk, yellow food col,essence. Mix nicely. Then add dry ingredients to this liquid mixture. Mix slowly everything. In an oven proof heart shape greased container pour the mixture. Tap it 2 to 3 times.
