  8. After 45 minutes check with a toothpick, if toothpick comes out clean then your cake is done, if not then bake another 5 to 7 minutes.
  9. Cool completely then demold it, cut and serve.
  10. Adjust the sugar according to the sweetness of the fresh mangoes.
