Suji ka khaman dhokla cake instructions
- Combine semolina,curd,salt,1 tbsp oil,and 1/2 cup water in a bowl.
- Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Make tomato paste,and palak paste.
- Blanch palak in hot water for 5 minutes, remove from hot water and soak on ice cold water for 1 minute,mix in grinder and make fine paste.
- Just before steaming the dhokla, add fruit salt and 2 tsp of water,when the bubbles form,mix gently.
- Divide the batter into three parts.
- Add tomato paste in one batter,spinach paste in another.
- Third one remain white.
- Grease three thali or pot and pour the batter immediately in to greased Thali.
- Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes.keep aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seed,curry patta and sesame seeds, green chilli,and saute for 30 second on medium flame.
- Add water,salt,sugar and lemon juice.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour the tempering over each dhokla layer.
