Neapolitan Layer Cake step by step

  1. MAKE CAKES..
  2. For all three cakes, preheat oven to 350. Spray 6 – 8 inch cake pans with baking spray.
  3. MAKE CHOCOLATE CAKE.
  4. In a bowl whisk flour. Cocoa powder, baking sofa, baking powder and salt.
  5. In a large bowl best sugar oil and egg until combined add 1/2 of flour mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Add coffee, buttermilk and vanilla. Then add remaing flour mixture and beat just until smooth.
  7. Divide between 2 of the prepared cake pans and bake about 15 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out just clean Cool 20inutes in pan before removing to cool completely.
  8. MAKE VANILLA CAKE.
  9. In a bowl whisk together flour ,baking powder and salt.
  10. In a large bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  11. In another large bowl beat butter and sugar,until light and fluffy. Beat in half the flour mixture, stir in milk, and vanilla, add remaining flour mixture and stir just until blended.
