Ingredients of Eggless Chocolate Cake
- You need 190 gram of maida/All purpose flour.
- Prepare 200 gram of sugar.
- You need 50 gram of butter.
- Prepare 30 gram of flavourless oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essense.
- Prepare 1 tsp of baking powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- It’s 25 gram of cocoa powder.
- It’s 200 ml of milk.
- It’s 1 tbsp of vinegar.
Eggless Chocolate Cake instructions
- First add vinegar to the milk and keep it aside..
- Now in a bowl sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and keep it aside..
- In another bowl mix together oil, butter and sugar, once sugar dissolves completely add milk mixture and mix it again, now add venilla essense and mix, now fold in all the dry flours and mix..
- Add this mixture to greased 9" tin and bake it in a pre heated at 170 degree celcius for about 35 minutes..
- Let it cool completely and then un mould it. You can now decorate it with your choice of icing.
