  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 3 – 8- inch cake pans with bakers spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder,a baking soda, salt and cinnamon, set aside.
  3. In another late bowl beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
