I can't wait to hear how you love it. This is my favorite chocolate buttercream recipe. It's incredibly rich, creamy, silky, smooth, and easy to work with for decorating cakes and cupcakes! Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water (make sure the bowl isn 't touching the water). An easy chocolate buttercream that tastes better than the usual, because of the real melted chocolate.
