Peach Gato instructions
- Separate egg yolk from loose white.
- Mix loose white well.
- Mix baking powder with flour,mix it well.
- Mix sugar with white loose,mix it well.
- Mix egg yolk with the mixture of sugar and loose white,mix it well.
- Mix egg yolk mixture with baking powder mixture.
- Put vanilla to the mixture.
- Put it to a tray.
- Put the tray to the oven for bake(12-17 min)(In 180 Celsius ).
- Get out from the oven and store it at a cool place to cool in normal temperature.
- Make a similar cake using 2nd ingredients.
- Cool it also in normal temperature.
- Separate peach and its water.
- Cut peach in to small slices.
- Beat wiping cream well.
- Mix 5 tablespoons icing sugar with wiping cream.

- Soak that juice with 1 st cake.
- Spread the whipping cream on the cake front side.
- Apply peach slices in the cake front side after spread the wiping cream.
- After apply peach slices spread another layer of wiping cream.
- Put the 2nd cake on that cake.
- Soak that juice on that another cake also.
- Apply wiping cream layer on that cake also.
- Apply in all sides.
- Apply peach on whole cake.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder to it.
- Cool it using fridge before eat.
