  1. Sieve flour,bakingpowder,salt,for 3times..set aside..grease cake pan..i use 2 round cake pans..
  2. Beat eggs with sugar till it become light and fluffy..add vanilla essense.add the seived flour..slowly with a spatula…
  3. Bake it for 40 min or until the cake raise and when you insert a toothpick it came out clean.
  4. After the cake baked let it cool completly.beat the wipping cream with sugar and vanila essense until it become thick thick and peaks form.cut the fruits in small pieces.and combine with some sugar..
  5. Take one cake and brush the syrup(syrup in canned pinapple)on it.then paste the cream..and put the fruit pieces on it.put the next cake.reapeat the same.decorate the cake woth the cream and fruits as u like.
