- Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee or butter.
- You need 1 can of pineapple.
- It’s 1 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1 of sponge cake.
- It’s 1/4 cup of mawa( optional).

- Chopped the pineapple very finely.
- Then in a pot add the chopped pineapples n sugar. Heat it till the pineapple is cooked. Keep stirring it.
- Then crumb the cake n add little mawa to it..
- Then in a heavy bottom pan or a non stick pan add ghee or butter. As it melts add the cake crumb n the above pineapple mixture in it.
- Stir it well n mix it properly. Then add the dry fruits n mix it. Then cook for 5 mins till everything is cooked. Taste for the sugar if less then you can add it..
