- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C..and prepare all your ingredients.
- Cream your sugar and butter till pale and fluffy…add eggs one at a time as you beat, add zest, lemon juice, and essence. Fold in your flour with a whisk/ batter to your greased loaf pan.
