  2. You need 1 tsp of ground cinnamon.

  6. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla.
  7. You need 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9*5 loaf pan and set aside.
  3. In small bowl mix brown sugar and Cinnamon and set aside.
  4. In your mixer bowl add white sugar and butter and mix until smooth.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time and then add the vanilla.
  6. In another bowl sift flour and baking powder together.
  7. Slowly mix in the flour to butter mixture.
  8. Add in milk and mix until smooth and set aside.
  9. In a small bowl peel and chop your apples.
  10. Add the sugar and cinnamon to the apples and mix together.
  11. Pour half of your cake mix in your loaf pan.
  12. Add half of your apples on top of cake mix.
  13. Add half of your brown sugar mix on top of your apples… Take a fork and lightly press the apples in your cake mix.
  14. Repeat steps… Add cake mix.. Apples.. Brown sugar mix and again pat down in cake mix.
  15. Bake for a hour… Use tooth pick and insert in middle making sure it comes out pretty clean to ensure its done… I baked mines for 1 hour and 4 minutes.
  16. While your apple loaf is baking prepare the cream glaze …in small bowl add sugar and the milk and mix well.
  17. Once your apple loaf is done let cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.. I use butter knife around edges for easy removal… With a spoon drizzle cream glaze over top and enjoy.
