- You need 1/3 cup of brown sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of ground cinnamon.
- It’s 2/3 cup of granulated sugar.
- You need 1/2 cup of butter softened.
- You need 2 of eggs.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.
- You need 1 3/4 tsp of baking powder.
- It’s 1/2 cup of milk.

- It’s 2 tbsp of granulated sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cinnamon.

Apple fritter loaf instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a 9*5 loaf pan and set aside.
- In small bowl mix brown sugar and Cinnamon and set aside.
- In your mixer bowl add white sugar and butter and mix until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time and then add the vanilla.
- In another bowl sift flour and baking powder together.
- Slowly mix in the flour to butter mixture.
- Add in milk and mix until smooth and set aside.
- In a small bowl peel and chop your apples.
- Add the sugar and cinnamon to the apples and mix together.
- Pour half of your cake mix in your loaf pan.
- Add half of your apples on top of cake mix.
- Add half of your brown sugar mix on top of your apples… Take a fork and lightly press the apples in your cake mix.
- Repeat steps… Add cake mix.. Apples.. Brown sugar mix and again pat down in cake mix.
- Bake for a hour… Use tooth pick and insert in middle making sure it comes out pretty clean to ensure its done… I baked mines for 1 hour and 4 minutes.
- While your apple loaf is baking prepare the cream glaze …in small bowl add sugar and the milk and mix well.
- Once your apple loaf is done let cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.. I use butter knife around edges for easy removal… With a spoon drizzle cream glaze over top and enjoy.
