- It’s of roll Marie Biscuits.
- Prepare of roll Candi biscuits.
- It’s of Melted butter.
- Prepare of + 1/2 cup Mango purée.
- You need of Cream.
- It’s of Condensed milk.
- It’s of + 1 tsp Gelatine.
Mango Mousse Cake instructions
- Crumb biscuits with melted butter in processor.
- Spread this mixture in your spring foam pan, rest in refrigerator for couple of minutes.
- Dissolve 2 tbsp gelatine in 1/4 cup of warm water.
- Beat cream & condensed milk with mango purée, lastly add dissolved gelatine & mix it well.
- Add this cream layered on top of crumb layer. Rest in refrigerator for couple of hours.
- In 1/2 cup of mango purée, add 1 tsp of gelati ne and cook for couple of minutes, spread this mixture on top of cream layered. Rest in refrigerator overnight.
- Decorat as you wish. Serve chilled.
