  1. It’s of roll Marie Biscuits.
  2. Prepare of roll Candi biscuits.
  3. It’s of Melted butter.
  4. Prepare of + 1/2 cup Mango purée.
  5. You need of Cream.
  6. It’s of Condensed milk.
  7. It’s of + 1 tsp Gelatine.

Mango Mousse Cake instructions

  1. Crumb biscuits with melted butter in processor.
  2. Spread this mixture in your spring foam pan, rest in refrigerator for couple of minutes.
  3. Dissolve 2 tbsp gelatine in 1/4 cup of warm water.
  4. Beat cream & condensed milk with mango purée, lastly add dissolved gelatine & mix it well.
  5. Add this cream layered on top of crumb layer. Rest in refrigerator for couple of hours.
  6. In 1/2 cup of mango purée, add 1 tsp of gelati ne and cook for couple of minutes, spread this mixture on top of cream layered. Rest in refrigerator overnight.
  7. Decorat as you wish. Serve chilled.
