- Take a big bowl and mix curd, oil, sugar and blend together..
- Now add maida, baking soda and baking powder in blended mixture and mix slowly with help of milk make sure they have no lumps..
- Now separate the mixture in equally in 2 bowls and in the first one add 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder and in the second one add pineapple essence and yellow food colour and mix well..
- Now preheat to oven in 180 degrees and grease your cake tin and pour 2 tbsp of pineapple batter, next in with the cocoa batter and repeat this step till the batter is finished..
- Now create the design, take a toothpick and starting from the center of the batter make lines to the end of the batter. Try to maintain an equal distance between each line..
- Place it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 40 to 45 minutes depending upon your oven till a toothpick inserted comes out clean..
