- Once it's read set aside…
- In a separate bowl add the cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon milk. Combine well. You can add in more milk to desolve the cocoa but it shouldn't be runny. It should be like a paste..
- Pour 1/3 of the batter to the bowl with cocoa mixture and mix till well combined..
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees..
- Prepare your baking tin by smearing margarine and baking flour.. Swirl baking tin so that the flour can be distributed evenly..
- POUR IN two spoonsfull of the first batter(one without cocoa) at the middle of your baking tin. Pour in two spoonsfull of the cocoa mixture on top..
- Repeat the same process. Alternating the batters..
- Bake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes or until a fork comes clean when inserted.
