- pre heat 180 C (10mins).
- make a round chocolate cake. (250g flour, 250g sugar, 250g butter, 4eggs, baking powder, vanilla, 50g cocoa).
- cut the cake into half..
- take the cherries n keep seperatly. add 240ml cherry (syrup) in the middle of the half.
- add whipping cream and sugar.. beat well. and add this whipping cream on top of the half cake.
- place the cherries (fruit) on top of the whipping cream..
- place the other half cake on top.
- cover the cake with wipped cream. add cherries on top around. in the middle scrape the chocolate.
