- In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients which should be well sifted with a strainer. (Flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger powder).
- In another bowl mix the butter and the Jaggery powder with an egg beater until it gets fluffy. Add the egg and beat all of them together until it gets fluffy. (Time approx:15 min).
