Crazy cake pops 🙂. This S'mores Cake Pops are perfect for a summer party! Chocolate Crazy Cake – one of the most delicious cakes, moist and chocolaty, full of flavor and almost melting in your mouth. I have discovered this crazy chocolate cake only recently and I must say I fall in love with it immediately.
Mini Cake Pops: I have been wanting to make mini cake pops / mini cake bites for a while now. Give your cake pop a few taps on the table once you are done coating it to get the tail to go down to the stick (last image), don't do this too much or it will just flow down the toothpick and drive you crazy. After coated, stand the cake pop up in the styrofoam block or shirt box and decorate with sprinkles before coating is set. You can cook Crazy cake pops 🙂 using 5 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you achieve that.
Ingredients of Crazy cake pops 🙂
- It’s 1 of cake.
- Prepare 1 of nutella.
- You need 1 of chocolate.
- It’s 1 of lollipop sticks or straws.
- Prepare 1 of decorative ornaments.
For a cute presentation, insert into lollipop treat bags and secure with a twistie tie or ribbon. You can also decorate with drizzled chocolate or candy melts, in whatever color you choose. I made this cake for my daughter Majenta. It was kitsch, full of colour (as near to magenta as I could get it!), was decorated with her favorite sweets and even the figure on top looked like her.
Crazy cake pops 🙂 instructions
- *In this recipe it is possible to use any kind of sponge cake (chocolate, vanilla, homemade, from a box …) it is possible to use the remains of some cakes, too….
- Firstly, crush the cake with your hands, make a nice, crisp texture..
- Then, add Nutella. I usually add three big tablesppons, but it deppens on the amount of the cake..
- When you finish making them, put them into the fridge for two hours..
- From mixture you make little balls..
- Melt chocolate (just a square or two), put some on the top of the sticks and stick it into the balls. Then, put into fridge for an hour or two..
- The finishing touch is the most creative one. You dip the cake pops into chocolate and decorate it with whatever you wish- coconut, chocolate, cacao, decorative pearls….
It was a gesture of love, from mother to daughter, on a very special day, and I loved every minute of making it! Nonstick baking plates for ideal results and easy clean up.
