- Set your oven to 180°c and leave to heat up. Grease your pan with butter and flour then set aside.
- In a bowl sieve in the flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
- In another bowl, put the butter, oil and sugar then whisk till very white and fluffy, it will taste abit like ice-cream by the time you add your vanilla..
