- You need 3 of eggs.
- It’s 5 of green apples peeled and cored.
- You need 200 grams of organic coconut sugar.
- It’s 100 ml of water.
- You need 100 ml of coconut oil.
- Prepare 220 grams of flour.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of baking powder.
- It’s 150 grams of hazelnuts or almonds.
- You need 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon.

- NOTE: for gluten free cake, I used raw buckwheat from woolies and ground it with the bullet. You can also use normal sugar and oil, I just used the coconut stuff cos of the health benefits and it doesn't compromise the taste at all..
