No bake pumpkin cake instructions
- Grind the biscuits and make it powder.
- Take a room temprature butter.
- Mix the 2-3 tbsp butter in biscuits powder and spred in cake tin and freeze for 15-20 min for setting.
- Take a kadhai and dry for sooji for 6-7 min don't roast.
- Make a paste of pumpkin and put it in kadhai and mix.
- Now add sugar in it and mix properly.
- Now add semolina, yellow colour and desi ghee and required water 2-3 tbsp mix properly.
- When this paste comes at room temprature then spread this paste on the biscuits layer and put in it fridge to set.
- Now melt dark chocolate with butter by double boiler technique when the other mixture sets then spread this melted chocolate on it and keep in it and fridge for 20-25 min.
- Garnish it cherry,,tooty frooty,chopped almonds and silver balls.
