  1. You need 2 cups of Flour.
  2. It’s 2 tsp of Baking powder.
  3. It’s 1 tsp of baking soda.
  4. You need 1.5 tsp of cinnamon powder.
  5. It’s 1 cup of non flavour oil.
  6. It’s 4 of eggs.
  7. It’s 1 cup of dark brown sugar.
  8. Prepare 1.5 cup of pumpkin puree.
  9. You need 1.5 tsp of vanilla extract.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Salt.

Pumpkin Cake instructions

  1. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar.
  3. Add the oil, and vanilla extract and the pumpkin puree.
  4. Put the dry ingredients in the wet and whisk well.
  5. The batter will b sticky.
  6. Pour the batter into our greazed tray. I have used a bunt pan here.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 The Celsius.
  8. Bake the cake for 45 mins.
  9. Let it cool a bit before removing.
  10. Can be stored upto 5 days.
  11. PUMPKIN PUREE _take 300grms pumpkin, remove the skin and cut, pressure cook till 4 whistles with bhi little water. Cool and grind, do not add water.
