Truffle cake step by step
- Take a kadahi. Spread a layer of salt. Place a stand inside and cover it with lid. For 10 minutes on medium to slow flame. Take cake mold Grease it with oil then spread some cocoa powder all over. Add refined flour, sugar,cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, coffee powder, (strain all dry ingredients). Mix them all together. Add ¼ cup milk and mix it. Afterward, add another ¼ cup mix and mix.
- Transfer it to cake mold. Tap it twice then safely put it inside kadahi. And cover it.wait for 30-35 minutes. Check it with the help of a toothpick. If it clears it means the cake is ready.
