Ingredients of Fruit truffle pudding
- It’s 250 gm.(homemade) of Vanilla spong cake.
- You need 1 pack of Jelly (orange flavour).
- You need 150 ml of Mix fruit juice.
- It’s 300 gm of Fresh cream.
- You need 150 gm.(Increase to ur taste) of Icing sugar.
- Prepare of Mix fresh fruits as u like.
- You need ( 1/2tsp) each of fruit essence.
Fruit truffle pudding instructions
- Firstly whip the fresh cream with icing sugar on ice tub until cream get fluffy add essence mix well keep in fridge..
- Put the pan on flame add 300ml.water and boil it switch off the flame immediately add jelly powder and set the jelly in tray for half hour keep in fridge. After half hour cut the jelly with heart shape cookie cutter..
- Now take glass serving dish and arrange roughly cut spong cake soak with mix fruit juice add some jelly and chop fruits add 1/3 amount of cream spread it..
- Now again put some crush spong fruits and jelly pieces now finally spread fresh whip cream even with flat cake knief arrange mix fruit and jelly as own creativity of designing..
- Keep in fridge for chill the pudding about 2-3 hour..
