Ingredients of Tiramisu Cake
- Prepare of For Chocolate Sponge Cake.
- It’s 3/4 cup of maida/All-purpose flour.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Baking Soda.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder.
- It’s 1 pinch of Salt.
- You need 2 tsp of Coco Powder.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Powdered Sugar.
- You need 1/2 cup of Hot water.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Lime juice.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Essence.
- Prepare 2 1/2 tbsp of Butter.
- You need of For Tiramisu Cream.
- You need 200 gm of Mascarpone Cheese.
- It’s To taste of Granuted Sugar.
- You need 2 of Egg Yolks.
- You need 1 of Egg White.
- It’s 100 ml of Amul Cream.
- You need 2 tsp of Coffee powder.
- You need 3 tbsp of Hot water.
- Prepare of For Decorations.
- It’s as needed of White chocolate flower.
- You need as needed of Red Berry.
Tiramisu Cake step by step
- For making Chocolate sponge cake, first grease and dust a 6inch cake tin and keep aside. In a bowl take all dry ingredients and seive Maida, baking soda, baking powder, salt and coco powder. Now add sugar and mix well. Next in a cup take hot water add lime juice and vanilla essence and mix well and add in the dry mixture. Now add melted butter and fold the mixture like cut and fold method..
- Pour the mixture in the greased cake tin and tap to remove any air bubbles. Now put in preheated oven at 180°c for 25mnts. Once cake is done remove from oven and after few mnts remove on the rack to cool completely..
- Next for preparation of Tiramisu Cream, in a big bowl take Mascarpone cheese and 20gms sugar and mix well with silicone spatula. Now add 2 egg yolks and mix well. In another bowl take 1 egg white and whisk for few secs. Now add 30gms sugar slowly and keep whisking till it gets stiff peak.
- Once the white is nicely whisked add to the cheese and egg yolk mixture. Combine them properly.
- Next in another bowl take 100ml Amul fresh cream and whisk till soft peaks. Now add this to the cheese egg mixture and combined everything to get nice Tiramisu cream mixture..
- Next we have to make layers of the chocolate sponge cake by cutting them in 2 round shapes. Now make coffee liquid by adding hot water and coffee together.
- Now in a mould take first cake layer brush the coffee liquid(ensure you brush very nicely to get actual coffee flavour). Now add the tiramisu cream properly, place the second cake layer, again brush the coffee liquid then the last topping of the rest of the tiramisu cream fill it to the neck. Keep in the refrigerator approx 3 hrs to set(depending upon the climate).
- After it is set, remove from the fridge a the sprinkle coco powder on it and garnish on top with white chocolate flower and red berry….delicious yummy Tiramisu cake is ready to relish. It's just awesome😋😋👌👌.
