- Line the baking pan with parchment paper, separate the egg yolk from the white.
- In a mixer on a high-speed beat egg yolk and sugar till thick and creamy.
- Beat egg whites on a high speed also for like 2 minutes.
- Then add the butter milk to the egg yolk mixture,then the dry ingredients and lastly the egg whites and mix well.
- Pour it to baking pan and spread it well and bake for 8 minutes.
- Then roll it immediately after baking and remove the parchment paper, allow it to cool,then unroll it and spread whipped cream and roll it again.
